"The Dead Science breathe in an ethereal mire, a soaring swoon that's merely a pancake-makeup film above the wicked stratum beneath."

They have shared bills with and possibly enjoyed the company of bands like Blonde Redhead, Deerhoof, Interpol, The Wrens, Pleasure Forever, The Get Hustle, Xiu Xiu, The Swords Project, The Intima, The Warlocks, The Curtains, Godzik Pink, Young People, Nels Cline Singers, The Building Press, The Lies, Low Flying Owls, Secret Machines, Eyes of Autumn, Rasputina, Good for Cows, KUMA, Casiotone for the Painfully Alone, Glass Candy & the Shattered Theater, Holy Ghost Revival, and Suffering & the Hideous Thieves.

They have released records on Tomlab, Absolutely Kosher, have a record on Constellation entitled Villainaire, and have backed up Carla Bozulich, Craig Wedren, and Xiu Xiu on "The Promise", "Fag Patrol", and the Xiu Xiu/Sweet Science EP.

Kingdom Shore was formed in March of 2006. Blurring the lines between the punk rock that grew out of 1980's hardcore, avant and art rock, electro-acoustic music, noise, old world Gospel, and contemporary and left-field music, the current line-up includes Nathan Medema (pedals, found-sounds and field recordings, laptop, electronics, samples, processing, rich artist), and Simon Guibord (laptop, electronics, Korg MS-20), Ryan Hough (violin), Jasmine Landau (violin), Gerg Horvath (Double-Bass), and Mark Molnar (cello, loops, and electronics).

The new album, ...and all the dogs to shark, is available on CD and 180 gram audiophile vinyl through Black Bough.
